These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, booking tools, patient portal, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Bedside Physicians, LLC ("Bedside Physicians," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. The Services are not designed for emergencies and should never be used to obtain emergency care.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and book services for yourself. You may book on behalf of a minor or another person only if you are their parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative. By booking for another person, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to share their information with us.
The Services allow you to learn about our offerings, request and schedule appointments, complete intake information, pay for services, RSVP to events, and access a patient portal. Booking a service through the website is a request for care and does not by itself create a physician–patient relationship; that relationship is established only when a clinician accepts you as a patient and provides care.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during booking and intake, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal login and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment through the patient portal or by calling (470) 462-4111, subject to any cancellation window we communicate to you. Refund eligibility depends on the service, whether care was rendered, and applicable law. Membership fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated at purchase. Adjust this section to match your actual cancellation and refund policy.
Some services may be provided via telehealth. Telehealth has limitations, and a clinician may determine that an in-person visit is required. Your use of telehealth is also governed by our Telehealth & Licensing page and any consent you provide at the visit.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access data that is not yours, interfering with security features, submitting false information, using the Services for unlawful purposes, or attempting to circumvent payment.
The Services and their content (excluding your own information) are owned by Bedside Physicians or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the Services only as permitted by these Terms.
The Services rely on third parties such as Stripe (payments), our hosting and database provider, and email delivery. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The website and its general content are provided "as is" and "as available." Except for the professional standard of care that applies to clinical services actually rendered, we disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties regarding the website and informational content, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. See our Medical Disclaimer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except with respect to the professional care actually rendered to you, Bedside Physicians will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website or informational content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for professional negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold Bedside Physicians harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any arbitration, class-action-waiver, or venue provisions should be added here in consultation with counsel.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
